Being a handy helper runs in the family.

While I am the original handy helper in the family (this title was even reference in our wedding vows!), it seems our pets inherited this ability to successfully lend a hand when needed. Or a paw, whatever it takes.

They help us with our laundry
(or just chase their tail in the laundry basket)

They help us get to where we need to go
(or just hop in the car when the door is opened even though we aren't going anywhere)

They help us peruse the internet
(Wrigley loves technology...always and forever.)

They help us guard the house
(or just fertilize the lawn)

They help us shop for best deals on groceries
(or just keep us from being able to read what we are trying to look at)

They help us cook dinner
(or just try to eat the ground beef while it's cooking. Scavengers! All of them!)

They help us do the dishes
(or just get their feet wet in the sink and track it on the counter)

They help us dry the dishes once they're clean
(or just gnaw on the dish rack)

Dishes are hard, time for a dishrack nap. Looks comfy...and oh-so-helpful.

They help us drink our water
(or just dirty a lot of glasses after having to get new ones ALL THE TIME)

Last and least helpful, they help us landscape
(or just dig up dead pets and get smelly)

What a handy family we have :)
